College Bound Tour

August 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th and 6^th 

Georgia Rush has implemented a College Bound Tour to better expose its U16-U19 players to not only college coaches but also various college campuses. The tour will enable our players to explore both large and small campuses so that when they return they will have a better sense of where they’d prefer to go to school based on their experiences. Players will depart the Rush fields and travel in vans throughout Georgia and South Carolina visiting schools during the day and playing local teams in the evening. The games will be watched by local college coaches who will be given scouting brochures that includes all the relevant student athlete information such as their preferred playing position, GPA and intended major. Our college bound players will visit the following schools:

• North Georgia College
• Young Harris
• Clemson
• Furman
• USC – Spartanburg
• USC – Columbia
• College of Charleston
• Georgia Southern
• Mercer University
• Emory University
• Georgia State
• Southern Poly

The price for Georgia Rush’s four-day College Tour is $480, this includes all ground transportation, 3 meals a day and hotel accommodation. Space is limited so please secure your spot by filling out the attached paperwork and submitting your deposit of $160 by July 15^th 2011. This tour is unlike any other and will give our players a better sense of where they want to go to school and the kind of campus they would enjoy attending.
