Newsletter - Peak Performance
Greetings from Peak Performance LLC,
On behalf of the Staff and Directors of Peak Performance Training Systems, we would like to welcome you and your family to our Strength, Conditioning and Agility Program. We are excited to join forces with Georgia Rush on this new project that will lead to the improvement of every player’s performance on the field.
For over 6 months, we have worked on designing this program to make it as “soccer-minded” specific and suitable as possible for each player at Georgia Rush regardless of age, gender and deficiencies they may have dealt with in the past. Our 14-week program will start by taking each player through a battery of tests. The first screening will allow us to detect those specific areas that will require more attention to each player. We have carefully chosen the most suitable group of tests according to the player's age and gender. After completion of the testing phase we will focus on the development of 6 primary conditioning areas: Speed, Agility, Strength, Power, Mechanics (running, sprinting, back pedaling, first step, reaction) and Endurance. At the end of the program we will provide you with a report which will explain in detail your child's abilities and areas that will require further development for obtaining his/her potentials and goals in the game of soccer.
Below you will find a brief biography of the Peak Performance Staff and their contact information.
Once again, we kindly appreciate the opportunity to help your children become better players and athletes on the field. We will strive for excellence with the goal of helping your child achieve their highest possible physical potential.
