Athletes ages U8 thru U15 (2013-2006) will perform exercises designed specifically to help improve their soccer abilities.
Each class is a full body workout that works both big and small muscle groups.
There are three main parts: warmup, active movement, and conditioning.
During warmup, players work to prepare their whole body by developing range of motion and focusing on things such as hand-eye coordination.
The active movement part of the lesson places an emphasis on increasing speed and explosiveness of motions.
Finally, during conditioning, athletes strengthen their muscles, allowing them to better control their bodies and avoid injuries.
